The Nexseer Intermediary Finance Group is the capital markets buy-desk business unit of Nexseer Capital. The group serves as a separate, independent, and dedicated channel focused solely on intermediary originated transactions. Transactions are funded directly through the balance sheet capabilities of both Nexseer and our owners, funds managed by Atalaya Capital Management LP.

We take a balanced approach to underwriting but prioritize current cash flow and sources of repayment as well as operating history. We consider structure enhancements and collateral support as methods to mitigate transaction risk.
