SALES ENABLEMENT MANAGER

Nexseer Capital has an opening for a part time Sales Enablement Manager. The position can be work from home under a flexible schedule.

The SEM is responsible for maintaining communication, coordination, and integration of Sales and Marketing assets. This includes ensuring effective tactics, systems, and activities designed to increase the productivity of the originations function measured by growth in volume and profitability. The SEM manages systems, program implementation, reporting and metrics. Success in this role will be evidenced by the Company meeting or exceeding growth targets, measurable improvement in converting calls to Opportunities and Opportunity “look to book.

Responsibilities

  1. Telemarketing Campaign Management
    1. Build target campaign list
    2. Launch and track campaign in salesforce.com (SFDC)
    3. Integrate mass marketing support
    4. Tracking and reporting
  2. Digital / Mass Marketing
    1. Work with agency to build and deploy campaigns
    2. Distribute leads to Sales Team and coordinate follow up
    3. Tracking and reporting
  3. Database Marketing
    1. Work with team and consultants to continually improve quality of the database and tools
    2. Support territory marketing
    3. Work with Sales Team to develop and implement sales and territory metrics and tools through SFDC
    4. Enrich data through ongoing strategies to integrate sources of data
  4. Marketing and Communications Support and Oversight
    1. PR
    2. Web
    3. Linked In/Social Media
  5. Strategy and Growth
    1. Support initiatives into underperforming channels and sectors
    2. Research and support new initiatives such as target industries and partnerships

Qualifications

  • Fundamental B2B sales and marketing experience required. Commercial Finance / Equipment Finance experience preferred.
  • Strong skills working within a database / CRM tool set
  • Fundamental capabilities to use data tools to provide guidance to management and impact decision making
  • Must be able to “work in white space” to develop a road map and execute new initiatives
  • Analytical skills to be able to assess qualitative and quantitative feedback to maximize effectiveness
  • This is not necessarily a technical role but the candidate must be technology proficient enough to be able to operate and manage resources
  • Must be able to work collaboratively with team charged with aggressive revenue and growth targets
  • Curiosity and a aspiration to learn and improve is a trait in the Company

Position Type

Part – time permanent. Approximately 20 hours / week

Location

Nexseer is currently operating remotely. Post-COVID-19, the Company intends to operate in a flex-environment. This position can be work from home with flexible location

Compensation

Hourly wage. Potential for incentive based compensation in the future.
