Throughout her more than seven years at Nexseer Capital, Cathryn Massinburge has worked her way up through the company, achieving her bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis on human resources and her SHRM-CP certification status. Last year, Massinburge also served as a volunteer for the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association’s Emerging Talent Advisory Committee.
